I am filling out my dental school application and there's a section where I have to list Dentists I have...?

shadowed and a brief description of what we did. I've shadowed about 4 dentists and 1 orthodontist. And well I did about the same thing at every place. I took notes and observed what they did, but I don't want to write the same thing on every description. Can anyone please give me ideas on what to write on the different dentists. Different ways to "juice it up". Different things I can include.
